It's the week before finals and I've been convinced that I couldn't be and Oxonian without going to the annual Varsity match between Oxford and Cambridge which has been taking place for over a hundred years.

Played at the home of the England rugby team, a visit to Twickenham is every little boys desire (and there where lots there) and being on the pitch is beyond their wildest dreams.
So, I found myself at the match, wearing my college (St. Hugh's) scarf and cheering for Oxford.

We were all delighted when our very own Sean Fauth (#21) ran on the to pitch in the last minute. Well done Sean for earning your blue! Now you can go buy one of those cool, cream, v-neck vests worn by all the blue holders.
It was quite a day, and most of us had been up studying the night before, on the bus on the way down, so it was no surprise when there was a subdued atmosphere on the way back, and some of us even nodded off.

Whitney is definately going to win my "Sleeping Beauty" Silvester vote of the year, though from this shot, Paul may come a close second!
